Olivia Fertitta Serio

My thoughts are with her family today as I read about Lea Lee's passing. She will always hold a special place in my heart. I was blessed to have had the opportunity to spend a period of my life sitting at her table, eating her great food, and sharing the Catholic faith with her and her beloved sister, Charlene. Good memories that will never be forgotten.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Remembering, as a child, visits to cousin Joe and Olivia's house. "Aunt" Olivia always had a great smile and good food for us! She always made each of us feel special.

Olivia was my godmother. I have fond memories of her and my godfather, Joe. They used to spoil me! She was a sweet lady. My sympathy goes to all of the family.

We have missed her for some time now but the impact of her life and her desire to serve others remains at Some Other Place (and her beans and rice recipe).
