As my sister Dixie and I were growing up in the Sixth Street Church, Mary Jane and Hilda were the the epitome of what young Christian ladies should be. I loved and admired them and kept them in my heart when I grew up and left the area. I received news of them through the years and finally saw them after I returned. They and their mother had been especially kind to my mother, my sister, and me. Through both good and difficult times, we shared that joy known to persons who are working together toward going to heaven.
It is with great sadness that I wish Mary Jane well on this stage of her journey because I may not see her for a long time. I offer my heartfelt condolences to Hilda and to Mary Jane's other relatives and friends. Such a jewel among you is bound to be sorely missed.

My prayers and thoughts are with all of Mary Jane's family today, especially with my childhood classmate and friend Paula. Everytime I would visit in your parents' home, I would go home and pray that my niece would grow up to love and care for me as much as you did for your aunts. I am sure this will leave a big empty space in your life. 《HUGS》to you, my friend.
As you all gather Sunday afternoon to celebrate the life of a godly woman, I pray that God will flood your hearts and minds with beautiful, comforting memories to carry with you on your grief journey until the day you are reunited in eternity.

Thinking of all my cousins with love as you gather in honor of our beloved Mary Jane. I am there in spirit. Loving, loyal, steadfast, kind and gracious come to mind with thoughts of her. I loved the twinkle in her eye when we reminisced or shared a laugh. And she was the most accomplished letter writer I have ever known. She leaves this world a better place for being in it.

An angel has gone Home and I have been so blessed to know this sweet lady. Her family has been so attentive during the last month's to care for their precious aunt. May you have peace in your hearts knowing she is safe with our Lord. Love to each member of this wonderful family.

Mary Jane was a dear old friend She helped me so very much. I was just 18 and out of the Army WWII Mary Jane helped me get veterans training to be a service man for White Gas Co. She was very intelligent she helped me do my income tax . Always willing to help everyone. I knew her father too he was a very good man. When I needed advice I would go to Mary Jane. Through the years we lost touch. That was my loss. I am still doing the work I learned in that training program . Tony Terracina A & T Air Conditioning & Heating. Port Arthur TX

My dearest Aunr Mary Jane lived her life as Jesus wanted...MJ youngest sister.. my mother(Judy) had favorite poem and she made me learn it by heart as a child when we did not even have encyclopedias and I read it at her service..this is it....
Crossing the Bar By Alfred, Lord Tennyson
Sunset and evening star, And one clear call for me! And may there be no moaning of the bar, When I put out to sea,
But such a tide as moving seems asleep, Too full for sound and foam, When that which drew from out the boundless deep Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell, And after that the dark! And may there be no sadness of farewell, When I embark;
For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place The flood may bear me far, I hope to see my Pilot face to face When I have crost the bar.
My thanks you go out to our Aunt MJ's sweet neice Paula Rusche and nephews Lewis Rusche and Howard Rusche..whom took such wonderful care of our aunt MJ during her adult life ..just as she was your other mother.....I love and give you respect for all you have done....You all did God's scared work....God bless you all...Giving all the praise and glory to Him...Amen
