Ray and Family: Mickey and I were so sorry to learn of Audrey's passing from my sister, Brenda, while we and our oldest daughter, Noralee, were on a visit to Austin this week during her Spring Break from teaching. Unfortunately, I already had commitments requiring that we return home to Malakoff by Friday. That made us unable to travel and attend any of the services for Audrey down in Winnie and Fannett. However, please know that we were there with you in spirit. Mickey has admired Audrey since he was a kid and she and his sister, Pat, were best friends. As adults, Mickey and I both were able to appreciate Audrey and what a very special person she always was. (We even named our second daughter "Audrey" because Mickey always liked that name and associated it with what a warm & lovely lady your wife was, Ray.) I have been remembering you and your family in my prayers for God to give you strength and comfort during this sad time in your lives. May God bless you all! I am also keeping Audrey in my prayers that her soul will find eternal peace and rest with her Creator and Savior in Heaven. Sincerely, Norma & Mickey Lewis
