Cousins-so sorry to hear of this loss- Johnny was so wonderful to me when I broke my arm at 13 - he came and took me to the DR a couple of times for Ma cause she couldn't drive. We did a lot of talking back then and I always hated that we had lost touch. I have thought of him fondly thru the years. My prayers are with you all during this time. Love you all - Sandy

I have warm memories of John as a handsome high school boy...one who faithfully attended First Baptist Church of Evadale. I recall seeing him many times walking with the Bible under his arm from his home to the church. It was said that you could always count on two people being at church...John and B. W. Gravis. That was so true. That same God John served back then is just as faithful today. Your comfort is complete in Him.
