Renee & Sam , My deepest sympathies to you and all your family. What special times I shared with your mom and dad visiting over coffee in their home. We weren't able to visit these latter years, but that in no way diminished the love I felt for all of you. Your parent's friendship and love will always be a treasure I hold closely in my heart. My prayers and love to you and all the family.

Doris, thank you for the privilege of being your friend. We've only known each other a few years, but I cherish our friendship and our time studying the Word at Joy Bible Study. You sat at my table for Tables on Parade twice at First Baptist Church Nederland and it was an honor to have you as my guest. You are an example of class, elegance, sophistication and a heart full of love for the Lord, your husband and your family. I will miss you, sweet friend.....but I know, you are where you truly want to be. Love, Sharron Chandler

I was so sadden to hear of the loss of your loved one. I met Doris years ago. I did Mrs. Reads hair for years, and that's when I met her. She was such an awesome lady! Always had a smile every time I saw her in the grocery store or, WalmartWhere ever I saw her! Then I met her husband after he retired. They were always together when I saw them, we always had a wonderful visit. My heart aches for your family. God bless you all as you lay your sweet Mother, Grandmother to rest. My prayers are with you all! Liz Elliott

Renee & Sam, I am so sorry for your loss. I loved both your parents so much. I remember all the sweet times sitting in their kitchen, visiting and drinking coffee. We were not able to visit the last years, but in no way did that diminish the special friendship and love I felt for all your family. Praying for you and the grandchildren during this time of great loss. My love and prayers for all of you.
