Georgia R. McAlpin

Jerry and Joe,
Please accept my belated condolences for you and your family. I just learned about Georgia's death through the Milby Alumni newsletter. I graduated with Georgia from Milby in '66 and was in the Milby HS Band with her.

I greatly admired Georgia's outlook on life and her courage and optimism when dealing with the hardship of serious illness. She was a woman of faith and I enjoyed her wonderful sense of humor. I will miss never seeing her again at our Benedictine Oblate meetings but so happy she is with God now. I do not say goodbye but "Until we meet again."

Saddened by the death of Georgia. Blessings and may she rest in peace. I miss seeing Georgia at the Holy Family Center, and give my condolences to Jerry and other family members.

How we will miss her smile! I will never forget her burning her Oiler's shirt and eating many meals together. Some happy times will be remembered. We love you!

Georgia was a wonderful women with a very caring and loving heart. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Georgia always had a smile and her laugh is one I will never forget. Her joy for life and love is something I will never forget. She will be greatly missed.

So sorry for your loss. She was a very fine lady, I thought the world of her. She reminded me of my mom in so many ways. My heart aches for you and your family. If there is anything we can do for you please let us know. We love ya'll
