Hey Heather, I called one day, you answered the phone and said, "Hey Uncle Bill guess What ?"
I asked what ? You said, "I'm a TEEN" !!!
You had just turned 13 and were soooo Happy, you made me happy and I'm sure many other's. Your friends and family, will never forget you.
