Mary Catherine Sudela

I have just learned of the passing of Mrs. Mary Sudela. My heart goes out to all the Sudela children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Sudela were true gems of Christian charity and Catholic action. Nederland, St. Charles Church, and the Nederland Knights of Columbus have all been enriched by Mrs. Sudela and all her beloved family. Undoubtedly, she will tirelessly endeaver to bring all her children closer to Christ by virtue of her nearness to God as she did here on earth. Sorry we were not aware of the visitation times for your mom. Would love to have seen you both & your family. Sorry for the loss of your mother. She was a very sweet person & a devoted person to God / her faith. What an example you had growing up. Our thoughts have been with you. Keep in touch & may God Bless your family throough this time.

By reading her obituary, I have a better understanding of the reasons behind your kind heart and your unending desire to minister to the youth of St. Anne Parish. Very sorry to hear of Aunt Mary's passing and Condolences to all the family. As my brother David mentioned above, my memories are of the visits with Aunt Mary and Uncle Joe at your Houston home and all the great fun enjoyed being with you all.
