I was sorry to learn of Mr. Powers' death. I delivered Meals on Wheels to him for the past 4 years. I loved hearing his stories of his times growing up, being a soldier in WWII, and of his wonderful family. I was born the same year as his son who was a policeman, and he always remembered when my birthday was! He was lucky to have such a caring family. Please accept my condolences. I shall miss him.
