Laura was an extremely thoughtful, funny, and beautiful person. I lost touch with her the past few years but she made an impact an everyone that ever met her and got lucky enough to spend time with her. I will be praying for peace for her family.

Laura’s positive spirit, natural light, and her innate ability to find joy in every moment was an inspiration to me and to all who were fortunate enough to have experienced the energy that she was. Any thought of Laura is accompanied by a smile or laughter. My heart breaks for the McLaughlin family and for all who shared memories with her. Laura’s absence will be significant, but her imprint is eternal. May you find comfort in the happiness that she brought to so many.

I had known Laura for 20 years and even though I had not seen her in awhile, I still thought of her often. We had a lot of laughs together when we were together. She was funny, smart and so beautiful. I will miss her.
