Thelma Faye Black

Thelma was a very unique lady-----from her laugh, her attitude and her love for family and friends---not to speak of her wonderful talent at being a tremendous hostess and cook!!! No one was ever around her where you did not leave with a lot of laughs and a lighter heart. We will always have great memories of knowing her. Our thoughts and prayers to the entire Black family. Dear Family
It has been so very long Terry And Sharon you may not remember me. I was a Mrs. Weaver Student and she was my Teacher, Friend . I only meet you mother once ,but that was all it took to know what kind of heart she had. It was almost like I had known her for years. What a nice lady. I think of all you guys often Tell coach Weaver hello for me. I even remember little Zack I'm sure he is not little anymore. Well Just to let you guys know there is a god and he will In deed heal your broken heart I will pray for you and your family in this time of need. I am very sorry for your lost

Thelma was an amazing woman who lived life to its fullest. She was loved by so many! I will celebrate her beautiful 90 years and feel sure she is having a marvelous reunion with Richard, Rick and Sidney.
May God bring His peace and grace to your whole family as you remember your wonderful mother, grandmother, friend.

With heart felt sympathy to all of the family. What a wonderful life she had and what a wonderful blessing all of you had to have her with you this long. Now she's going home to be with the Lord and probably cooking up some gumbo. :)
