Mawmaw you never said you were leaving, you never said goodbye, you were gone before we knew it and only God knows why. As I sit in your living room starring at your empty chair, I find myself tearing up knowing you aren't there.
I am so thankful for our visit with you just a few short weeks ago, I believe now it was Gods way of letting me know. We will comfort ourselves by knowing that you were greeted in heaven by Pawpaw and Uncle Bill.
In life we loved you dearly and in death we love you still. Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean I'll miss you until we meet again.
