To the family: my prayers are with you. She was a very special person to many people. In many respects she had a hand in raising me during childhood. I can remember getting scared when my folk hadn't yet made it home in the evening, and running to Ms. Carolyn's (even bringing the dog) where I felt safe. She had a way of doing such things - providing comfort. Most hope to leave the world a bit better than we found it; she certainly has.

Carolyn's trust in my ability to care for her three young sons many years ago blessed my life with a cherished, lifelong friendship and provided many amazing experiences with the most caring, giving and loyal family. Thanks for the memories.
