Rodney James Tompkins

I'm so so very sorry...I just heard about Rodney !! He is with my Mom, sister & Pawpaw Johnny in a better place!! He was an like a uncle to us growing up & I'll never ever forget the so many memories from the good old days on the deer lease! Love you Mrs. Marion I'll keep y'all in my prayers!! I am so sorry to hear about Rodney's passing. I am in California at training for my job but on behalf of Dad I know he really wished we could have both been there to support all of you.

I've know Rodney for so many years as we ran around together with my first cousin, Beautt Randall & my girlfriend. We always had a great time clowning around with Rodney. I also worked at GSU Beaumont & happen to run into him at a meeting which I had lost touch with him for several years. He was such a wonderful friend, co-worker & will be dearly missed by all. So sorry to hear of all the sickness he has had in the past but he's in heaven now with no pain & suffering. God bless you Marion & your family during this sad time. Now that GOD has lifted his son,"Rodney" to heaven freeing him of all pain, I pray,"GOD" Please..Open your arms and carry "The Tompkins Family" through this time of grief and pain...AMEN..There is nothing our God cannot do including healing the pain and hurt your heart is going through.
Rodney will be missed by many, his warmth and compassion touched many lives.
