I remember when grandma Jesse would always cook us pancakes for dinner when the grandkids stayed over. You taught me how to play slap jack.. you were the only grandpa i got to really know. I will miss you greatly paw paw, and all your silly jokes and stories. I love you to the moon and back. Give grandma and Dereck kisses for me♡

You were the most awesome father-in-law a girl could ask for. I'm so thankful for the two weeks we spent together in 2013, just you and me during the day, hanging out on the back porch, fishing at Garner State Park, and laughing and reminiscing about many things. You have no idea what that time meant to me. I am a better person because I really got to know you and realize just how blessed I was to have you in my life. Thank you for raising your son, my husband, to be the wonderful man he is today. You left behind a great legacy and for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you for always making me smile and laugh, even on my worse days, when no one else could. Although you are no longer with us, you will be in my heart and memories forever.
