Marie was a dear friend to my parents, my brothers, and myself. One of my earliest memories is from 15th Street in Port Arthur when, as a child, I got to go to Tony and Marie's air conditioned house and watch cowboy movies on their color TV. They were down to earth people but always with a touch of class. Marie will forever be associated with good times, good food, and that wonderful laugh. I will miss her and I am thankful that she was a part of my life.

Marie was one of the sweetest, finest, and caring patients I had the pleasure of caring for. I was a nurse at her doctors office and her laugh always lightened my day. I will so miss talking to her and exchanging books with her. Rest in peace my dear friend and may God bless you in your new heavenly home!

My dearest Aunt Marie -
I will always remember your beautiful smile and contagious laugh. I always felt warm and welcome in your loving home. May the Angels of God take you in their arms and lead you to our loving Father in Heaven. May the peace of the Lord be with you now and always.

Marie was a long time friend of my Mom and Dad, and of our family. She had such a wonderful laugh that brought smiles to everyone around because you knew it was Marie. When our father, A.J. passed away, Marie was always there with my Mom. They both enjoyed life going to plays, musicals, eating out, just having a good time. Marie was the first friend to be with us when our Mom passed away last October. Laura/David your parents and my parents part of a hard working - enjoy life era that is rare today and will be sorely missed. We tend to take people we hold in high respect and esteem for granted, until they are no longer with us. God Bless both Laura & David and your families. Know that one day we will see them again in heaven.
