Howard and I lived across the street from Ken. We have never known anyone who was more caring and sharing than Ken was. He was the first to welcome us. Ken was teaching us all about fishing on the Texas coast and we had so much fun fishing with Ken. If you needed Ken, he was always there and with the world's biggest smile. We were together daily, eating out, visiting new places, fishing, gardening, sitting on his new patio and telling new fishing stories, working on our houses and yards, and playing with KoKo and Chester, Ect. Ken called us Family and we loved him with all our hearts. We know that Ken is in heaven. Praying for Family and friends. God Bless Howard and Lana Bond

My deepest condolences to Ken's family. He was a wonderful person and I am blessed to have gotten to know him. I will truly miss his smiling face and amusing stories at work, as well as the fruits and veggies he always shared with us ( and pretzels, inside joke between he and I ). I will miss him.

I am deeply sadden by the loss of a great friend. Ken was a wonderful neighbor till IKE took his home away in '2008', but his love for the beach & fishing never left his heart. If ever there was a man that cared deeply for other's it was Ken. A true man of God & so much love for other's & for God's annimals as well. So many good memories that i will always cherish. There is not a day that goes by that i don't picture him walking to the beach with his best friend Rumor (his dog) and stopping off to visit me and my husband. RIP my buddy & soar your Angel Wings!! You will be forever in our hearts!!

Our condolences to the family and friends. We met Ken a number of years ago through our niece, Mikki Gonzalez, who was his renter, co-worker, and friend. He visited with us several times and impressed us because he was such a kind person. May he rest in peace.
