You will be missed Burt. In 2010, you were one of the first persons at Calder Baptist to welcome Carole and I as new members. Immediately, you made us feel a part of the Calder family. Your crowns in heaven will be many. Our prayers go out to Midge and family.

I wish I had gotten to know Burt and Midge earlier in my life. Midge is my second cousin, and we both have Wright roots at Tarkington Prairie where my grandmother and her grandfather grew up. Burt was a true gentleman, and Midge is a gracious lady. We've enjoyed exploring our Wright lineage, plus some of Burt's pioneer family story. Extending prayers and fondest thoughts to Midge, their children, grandchildren and the extended family. Burt was a sweet, kind man who will be greatly missed.

Our family has such sweet fond memories of Mr. French over the years & the times he would come into Reed Service. My heart goes out to your entire family. Love you all!

I met Midge and Burt several years ago when I went to work at the John French Museum. Two of the nicest people I have ever met. Had many good visits with them over the years, and developed a true friendship with both of them.

Will miss Burt and will be thinking of you and praying for you in the days ahead, Midge.
