Kyle and Stephanie and all the Luce family. We were saddened to know the time had come for Elton to leave his earthly home. His last year has been fraught with difficulties and the Lord saw he was tired. Please accept our condolences and hugs and prayers for you all. We are honoured to have made his acquaintance and visited with him on several occasions at your home. We love you Kyle and Stephanie and our thoughts are with you all. Make the most of the reunion you will have with people you may not have seen for some time and may not see for along time. Many happy memories will surface as the visiting happens. They will be a comfort to you as you adjust to life without your Dad.

Elton, Kathy & Family ~ We are so sorry to hear of Senior's passing. I know Byron has more stories to share about times spent fishing or hunting with him. I remember him as a big presence at family gatherings that we were graciously invited to attend when you moved to Lake Rayburn. Elton ~ it suddenly came to me that now even our younger friends were becoming the "senior" generation right along with us old guys! Love you and miss going to Martin's with you & Kathy for good Mexican food!!

Jr, Craig, Kyle. Will miss my favorite uncle so much. Always looked so forward to the reunions to seeing him. Karl loved him so much and because they were close in age (Karl turned 80 yesterday) they always had a lot to talk about. He was always so loving to Raymond and I and we talked about his goodness many times. Sorry we cannot be there but know you are in our prayers and thoughts.

Dear Jr, Craig & Kyle, I was so sorry to hear about your dad. Elton was a good man and a wonderful father. Ever since Darrell called me on Saturday my mind has been flooded with memories of growing up with y'all. We had some good times. I remember my first camping trip was when I was 12. Our families went up to one of the lakes, right after y'all got the tents set up a cold front blew in and the temperature dropped to 27 degrees. It was so COLD all we could do was stay in the tents. It was fun but I decided at the ripe ol' age of 12 that my idea of camping would be a 5 Star Hotel, NOT in a tent. Ha ha My thoughts and prayers are with each of you and may the many memories you have of your Daddy bring you great comfort. Much Love, Brenda
