James Hebert Milner

Prayers for you Jerry and Jimmy in this time of memories and loss. I loved talking to Mr. Milner and watch for that twinkle in his eyes because you knew he was going to tease you about something. I ran into him a few years ago in Parkdale Mall and he asked how I knew it was him and I saw the twinkle in his eye and knew right away. He was a good man.
