I will treasure our conversations and all the stories you shared with me. Heaven has gained another sweetheart. I pray that the love that tied to you this world wraps around your family and gives them comfort in your absence. I know I will see you again in the peace, comfort and presence of our Heavenly Father.
To my favorite World War II Marine....who was apart of the history at Iowa Jima. It was my highest honor to call you friend.

To the Haynie family,
You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I grew up across the street from Mr. and Mrs. Haynie and loved them dearly. They were great neighbors. Mr. Haynie was always so kind to my mom after we lost my dad. He would periodically check on her and make sure she was ok. And he was such a patriotic man - he always had his flag flying and would help us with ours. Heaven gained a wonderful man today.
