Alice was my good friend. She always had expert advice and a funny story to share with me. Her friendship meant the world to me, and I won't know what to do without her in our neighborhood!

I cannot believe that my loyal and trusted friend of 35 years is no longer with us. I will miss her every day! Although we were separated by distance for many years, we always kept in touch. Most of all, I will miss those calls from Alice always checking to be sure everything was ok with me and my family! Just hearing her calming voice on the other end of the phone made me feel peaceful and happy. Alice was one of the kindest, most caring human beings I have ever met, and her contributions to this world will not be forgotten. Paul and I thank God for placing Alice into our lives. As a newly married couple at age 24, and new to Texas, it was Alice and her family who welcomed us to Beaumont, helped us in any and every way they could, and remained our life-long friends. We just wish we could have had more time to enjoy her love and friendship. To George, Pamela, and Angela we consider you family and we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers, and we hope you take peace in knowing that God now has another angel in His fold. We love you, Cathy and Paul.
