We're still in shock about Jeromy's death; he fought so long and hard, we assumed he would just keep fighting until he finally got better. But what he did in the process is so amazing - what an inspiration his struggle and will to live was to all of us that saw him. What an inspiration his parents were to constantly be by his side! We will always remember Jeromy's passion for the things he loved; Tsu-Mi and Krypto, law, and his friends, family and religion. We saw him as a strong, confident man that wasn't afraid to show himself, and I'll always admire that. Our hearts go out to the Hughes family for their loss; there are no words to express the empathy of losing a son or brother. We love you all and hope that the love that is shared with your family helps to ease the pain and sorrow of Jeromy's passing.

Dear Tommy & Linda, No two parents have been more dedicated than the two of you. These last three months you both have stood by Jeromy ' s side fighting right along with him. I have witnessed what true love for a child should really be about. Neither one of you ever complained. I don't even think a stick of dynamite could have gotten the two of you away from his bedside. Have no regrets. If he ever doubted how much you loved him, he doesn't now! He saw just how much these last three. What a comfort knowing he is no longer in pain. You are both in my thoughts and prayers as well as the rest of the family. Hook'em from heaven! Love you, Page

It was so wonderful when we met you right after you moved to Austin. You and Don and I have been friends for such a short time, but it was a fabulous experience. You have done so much for us during these past few years that I can't begin to thank you enough. I hope that your family can get through this in the most positive manner available. God Speed. (See you at "the table".)

Linda, Jason, and Ana...I am saddened by Jeromy's passing. I remember him when he was a teenager when Linda and I were co-workers at LU. Please accept my condolences and sympathies. Blessings to all of you. I wish I could be with you on Thursday because of work, but consider me being there in spirit. Love to you and your entire family.
