Mr. Skinner was a wonderful person to be around. When I started working at the County Clerks office he treated me like I'd been there forever, never failing to make us all smile simply by walking into to the office. He will surely be missed, but knowing the gates of Heaven were flung open to greet him gives us a sense of peace that only God can give. Welcome home Mr. Skinner.
