James "Shorty" Aubrey Skinner

Jeff, so sorry to learn of your loss.
I have wonderful memories of playing tennis in your back yard with you, Dianne and others and Shorty was always around spreading laughter and joy. What a sweet, good man he was. May God give you, your boys and all your family peace and comfort.

Just heard of James Skinner's passing. What an admired man. James helped us over the years with all
our surveying needs and became a good friend. His love for God, his family and his work was admired by all who knew him. He will be missed. There is a new

when I think of Mr Skinner.. The word Honorable comes to mind. There are not many like him. Dennis and I were privileged to know him during our years of being in the real estate business. Jim and I have been in Austin keeping the grand kids. We just checked our messages and Johnnie left one telling us about Shorty. We are so sorry to hear about his passing. He was such a great guy and will be so missed. I wish we could be there with you and the family. Hopefully we can see you soon. Our prayers are with you and your family. May Shorty rest in peace.

Shorty was a professional gentleman and businessman and so well thought of in the Court House and in all of Hardin County. As Pct. #1 Commissioner, it was a pleasure to work with him over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
