Dear Linda and Family, I am an old friend of yours from grade school days (Miss Boss's fifth and sixth grade class at Travis Elementary) in Port Arthur. My name was Sandy Vaughan then. I remember you and your mother well. She was a very sweet lady. I just want to say that I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my mother in October of 2005 after Hurricane Rita. Losing such a significant person in one's life is never easy. Please know, even after all these years, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
