Tina and family,
I am so very sorry for the loss of your Daddy. Losing a parent is such a difficult thing to accept. I just lost my Daddy on New Years Day. So, I feel your pain - literally.
In the days ahead, I pray that God helps you find peace and comfort with all the wonderful memories you have of your Daddy.
God Bless,
Kimberly (Allen) Wolfford

This is indeed a sad occurence for all of us, family and friends included. We did enjoy our association with The Lankfords and consider ourselves as part of the family. May God be with you during the days to come. Pete was a true gentleman, and we respect him for the example he set for the rest of us.
Much love, Sue and Floyd

Jan and family, I love you and I'm sad for your pain. I can hear Janet Paschall singing, "Another soldier's coming home. Make room at the table." I love you.

The world is not the same without you but Heaven is better with you. You taught me how to make the best of the worst, a lesson that would later become part of my daily survival in war and now in life. You lived a life or virtue by example and never complained of the sacrifices or took credit for your deeds. You were by far one of the most dependable people in my life. A man of your caliber can never be replaced. We will do our best to live the life you demonstrate and lead others in that path as you did for so long. Its not gonna be easy though PeePaw your a hard act to follow. Watch over us from above but don't miss out on the Heaven you have earned. See you when we get there. We love you.

Jan, Melinda,Tina, Sue, and Lacey. I'm sorry to hear the passing of Pete. In the short time I knew him, he was a good man. He is now rejoicing in Heaven with a restored body and in good company. I will be praying for your family through this hard time. May God truly shine upon you and shower you with His grace during this time. I love each and everyone of you dearly.
