Chris Busch was a beautiful witness of a Godly woman. She will always be remembered for her love and devotion to the Lord and her sweet spirit of thoughtfulness. My fondest memories of Chris are from my childhood days at Central Baptist Church in Port Arthur and her role in helping me come to an understanding of salvation and believer's baptism. I was privileged to know her amazingly talented son Zane and I am certain he was at the heaven's gate to welcome his mother home. Tanya, may God bless you for your devotion and care for your beloved Zane's mother. You will remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Love and prayers to your family. Chris was always "Mom" to me even though I left the family circle many years ago. Her advice and inspiration kept me going during so very rough times over the past 40 years and I will always be grateful to her for her love, forgiveness and grace.

So very sorry to see that Mrs. Busch passed away. Her and her husband were my girls Sunday school teachers when we first joined FBC Nederland. They were both always so very kind. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Our precious Chris was an inspiration to all of us. She completely gave of herself to her family, friends, church, and her Lord. She loved her work with children, and constantly brought little ones to Sunday School to hear the stories about Jesus. She was a loving and giving person, who will be missed by many.
