Our hearts are heavy at the loss of Stephanie. She has been teaching and tutoring our grandson, Connor, for the last three years. She showed him such love and patience and touched him in such a special way! He really loved her, as did everyone who knew her. She will be greatly missed! Our prayers are with you, Bro. Ken, your family, church family, and her students and co-workers. We are thankful for her love of Jesus Christ and her witness! God bless you abundantly during this time of loss.

Tears still flow as we mourn your passing. The memories we shared as children remain, and the echoes of your laughter. Love to the family.

My prayers are with the family. I met Stephanie at the Wellness Center, and she was always so positive with a smile on her face. So saddened to hear of her passing.

I grew up with Stephanie at Westgate Memorial Baptist Church where her father was the pastor. I will always remember singing with her in the youth choir. Then teaching with her at Sour Lake Elementary. My heart aches for Ken, Lauren & Lane. Words just can't express. . .

I will miss your smiling face Stephanie! I don't think I ever saw you frowning. You were such a positive inspiration. I am praying for peace that only Jesus can deliver for your family.

We -- like many people -- have only known Stephanie and Bro. Ken in passing, in meetings of the Tririnity River Baptist Association. They are both such impressive soldiers in the Army of God. She made an impact on us even in such passing moments. Like everyone, we can not comprehend why God called her Home so soon, but we are praying for Bro. Ken, the children, their family and most particularly the First Baptist Sour Lake family. May God bless and keep you all in this sad time.

Stephanie was a fantastic singing leader. When she sang, she made you want to sing with her, with your your whole heart. She was kind, compassionate and cared about each and every person she met. My comforts and prayers go to Brother Ken and his family as they go through this difficult time.
