Dr. James Dawson King

To the entire King family, please accept my sincere, heartfelt condolences. We both started practice in Beaumont about the same time and we worked together on many cases throughout his career. Although I have not seen Jim in recent years, I always looked forward to swapping stories about cars and other things every morning after rounds at the hospital. I have many fond memories with him. Jim was a good friend and colleague.

Jim is my brother, friend and doctor; he loved and cared for me and my entire family. His love for my parents had not bounds; his devotion beyond words. He will be missed for his talents, humor and all round great companion! I love you and will miss you Jim. God bless your soul.

Shayne, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family through this difficult time. Dr. King was a lot of fun to work with, never a dull moment. He lived life to the fullest. He will be dearly missed.

A more driven man I will most likely never meet, and being fortunate enough to have worked along side of him in the past was a learning experience that will not soon be forgotten. I am saddened by his passing, but relieved to know he is at peace now.
