Fellow polygraph examiner and a student of mine at the DPS polygraph academy I am going to miss you Teddy! You outsmarted everyone in your class and never studied! I will forever remember you.

Teddy, you were a good friend and trusted Brother in Blue. You will be missed.

You will be sorely missed. You would always make me laugh when we spoke. Bmt PD has lost one of it's finest. Praying for your family.

Tom and I are very sorry for your loss. Teddy was one of those very rare individuals whom touch the people they knew in a very positive way. He will truely be missed by many.

May God help heal the space that his departure will leave in your heart.

Cheryl, Josh, and Chase,

Teddy was a wonderful man. He had a great smile and loving heart. He showed every husband how to be a great husband. He loved Cheryl with all he had. He also was the perfect example of a loving supportive father. He was an outstanding member of our community in SE Texas. There are many things to say about Teddy and all are positive. He will be missed by so many. Prayers to your family for comfort and strength to get through this week and all the years to come.

I did not realize that the Teddy Ratcliff I knew from Silsbee was Nathan's son in law. What a small world. Continued prayers to the entire family.
