Jaynet, I was so sorry to hear about Harland. We are in San Antonio now and just got the news today, so no way I could make the services. Harland and I had a lot of fun hunting together and had experiences I will never forget. He was a super person that loved you and your family very much. Most of our conversations on the long trips to Colorado and West Texas were about family. May God bless you all and give you the peace that only He can provide at a time like this. You and your family are in our prayers.

Mr. and Mrs. Holst were the very first people that came to visit us when we first visited FBC Nederland. Mr. Holst was one of the kindest people I have ever known. He sure will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Holst and family.

So, so sorry I'm not able to be there today. Please know that you are all in my prayers. I always admired Mr. Holst. He had such a quiet, humble, caring way about him. I will so miss seeing his kind face. There's no doubt where he is now, having a wonderful reunion with all those that have gone before him.

Uncle Harley will always be remembered in my mind and heart as a good man. He cared for his immediate family, showed love to others and was always happy. My fondest memories with Uncle Harley were fishing and hunting with him. Patiently, he spent the time it took to teach a boy to enjoy the outdoors and was something he derived great pleasure from. My sincerest condolences to Aunt Jaynet, Alice, Karen, Debbie, Tommy, Michael and all your families as well as to my Uncle Giles and my mom Estelle. What better place to be than in Jehovah God's memory - John 5:28,29a
