Jinx always had such a beautiful smile and her eyes seem to sparkle..we when to SPHS '62 together she always seem to light up the room. I am so thankful for her friendship. Praying for each of you as you begin to cope with the void of her not being with you for now. Eternal life in His kingdom is the greatest promise of all. 1 John 2:25 "This is the promise that He has promised us~eternal life". May this bring comfort to you, her beloved family!

I worked in the same building with Jinx for many years, and I never saw her without a smile and a friendly greeting. Nell McCallum's office held frequent bake sales for charity, and Jinx's enthusiasm was contagious. She could sell us items we didn't even like!

She was a sweet and generous person, and a joy to be around.

Lovely person. My heart is with your family.

A few years ago I wrote this for a Russian poet and her husband. I hope you can find comfort in these words.

Sing, Wounded Soul

I cannot hold your cries,
they slip through my fingers.
I cannot take away your pain,
it lies so far beyond my reach.
I cannot dig out your sorrow,
its roots are too deep.
I cannot chase away your fears,
They hide and creep out later.
I can only tell you, you are loved.
So, sing, wounded soul…
your tears do not fall into emptiness.

Our dear Gary,
There are no words to express our profound sadness at the loss of beautiful Jinx. We are here for you and will continue to be at your side for whatever you need. Just this past Saturday we talked about the blessing of our being put together....just remember, the blessing is everlasting and undiminished.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of your family... We love you.
