Never met a more wonderful person than Mrs.Kirkland.She always made me feel like family, like her home was always your home.We could talk for hours over anything and always had plenty of hugs to spare if you ever needed one to feel better!Shawn and I were truly blessed to be with you and spend many great times together. We are so grateful you are watching over us until we see one another again. We smile to the sky and keep you close in our hearts always. Love Yvette and Shawn

Prayers for the family. I was a friend of Donald's and met her several times. Donald always enjoyed the "coffee time and good meals with Mom".
May God comfort each of you. Much love to all.

My Grandma was such a special woman. She was kind, loving, sweet, compassionate, creative, funny, spunky. wise, & strong. I learned so much from her. She gave great advice. Cooked the best food. Grandma could always put a smile on your face. She never met a stranger and welcomed anyone who came in her front door. My Grandma was the strongest most amazing woman I have ever known or ever will know.
I love you Grandma and will miss you dearly! I cannot wait to see your smiling face again in heaven.

Grandma was one of the strongest women I knew. She spoiled us grandkids rotten and I cant think of one negative time I had with her. She was a loving, caring person and the defintion of the perfect Grandma. I am definitely a stronger person from knowing her. My biggest wish is that I wish all kids had a Grandma as sweet and loving as her. R.I.P. I will miss you.

I am very sorry for the loss of Grandmaw. She was one of the most caring people I know. There was always an "open door" policy at her home for coffee or dinner and she always made you feel like family. I know you are in heaven with all of your loved ones. Please tell Donald how much we all miss him here. I pray that God will help ease the pain for all of her family and friends left behind. Rest in peace Grandmaw, you have earned it.
