Samuel Otha Gandy, Jr.

Otha was our friend and shepherd. He performed our wedding, knew and loved our kids. He and Annie Ruth lived up the street in Vidor. They provided a loving atmosphere. We look forward to seeing them both again soon in the paradise earth.
