I don't believe I've ever witnessed a more valiant fight for life or a man surrounded by so many who loved him so much in his life. RIP, Mike; you have been an inspiration and you will be missed. Our prayers are with the family.

My heartfelt sympathies are with all of you. I went to school with Mike and did not know him very well but through Facebook we had a few chats and I watched his courageous journey.
