To Peggy's Family,
We watched her children grow up before our very eyes. We could hear her laughter down the hall and knew who it was without looking. She was so full of life and humor. She truly did live life to the fullest. Her stories kept us going and left us in stitches until we cried. She was such a wonderful teacher and she has been such an inspiration to me throughout my career. I was one of her "little chicks". I enjoyed knowing Peggy and learning from her. May she rest in peace. She will always be remembered.

Charles, so sorry for your loss. Peggy was a special sister n law. The two of you shared love and devotion. Peggy was a person who was easy to love. Even though miles apart phone conversations were uplifting. I too loved her laugh. My condolences to Doug, Lori and Rhonda.

Peggy touched all who knew her in special way. She always wore a big smile regardless how busy she was. We have been friends since our early school years. She was a great friend. Sending my thoughts and prayers to all of her family. Bonney Arceneaux Bryan

When I went into Surgery to be a "scrub tech",Peggy was my instructor. She taught me the right way ,she was so patient, and her smile and her laugh could just make you feel good, but most of all she gave me inspiration.I will never forget the good times we had. Some people thought we were sisters, and even some of the Drs.would call me Peggy ,but I did'nt mind being called Peggy. We were even Simese twins at a halloween party! That was great.
To Charles and family, may you find comfort in knowing that your loved one has been guided gently home.
To my sister in prayer ,I love you and I will never forget you!

My prayers go out to the Charles and Peggy's family at this difficult time in their lives. Peggy was a smart, generous, fun loving person. I am so thankful she touched my life. Peggy taught me so much and made sure I would make it in the OR. Her smile and loving ways will be missed. I thank God for blessing my life with a friend like Peggy. I pray that we all may find comfort in the Lord at this time.

Peggy was the original "scrubilator", she could work both sides of the back table. She trained a generation of nurses and techs to work in surgery. Her influence will be felt in Southeast Texas for years to come. I learned a lot from Peggy and hope that I show half the dedication and creativity in teaching that she possessed. She was a role model and the yardstick we measure surgical excellence by. She was and is an Icon that will stand the test of time.

I did not know Peggy, but I know and love her son, Doug, and his wife, Amanda, and children, Alayna and Gracie, as if they were my own. I love them with all my heart and it grieves me that they have to walk through this valley, but gives us all peace to know we know the Master Who will walk through this valley with us. The Lord says that He will never leave us or forsake us. May He comfort my sweet loved ones at this time as no one else can. All our love, She-She and David.
