Mr. Smith was my 6th grade teacher in 1955-56. He was such a loving and yet firm teacher- and woe to you if your desk was messy- he unceremoniously dumped it! I had the joy of re-connecting with him and getting to know Phyllis at Wesley, and am so very sorry that I cannot attend his service. My love to you, Phyllis- may God bless you.

We are so sad to learn of Carl's passing.

I'm so saddened by this news. I attended C.W. Bingman from 1st through 6th grade. He was the perfect example of a great principal. He ran a tight ship and was very involved. I think he knew all the students by name. He made each of us feel special. I pass by Bingman from time to time and I always think of him when I do.
I know he will be greatly missed by so many.
