Dear Granny, Larry and Family,
Derek was a wonderful , gentle, loving man. He loved his family and friends.
Grady and I will miss him so much. I want to thank you for sharing him with us but mostly for the love he showed our son Jacob.
Friendships like that are rare and we should all follow the example.
I love you and our heart is broken. Till we meet again.
