Mary & Family - I am so sorry to read of your loss of your precious dad. I never met him in all the years I worked with you but I heard many, many stories of your years growing up in a large, loving family. I know your parents were great people or they couldn't have raised such a great daughter!! Keep your memories close to your heart and your dad will be with you always. I will be keeping your family in my prayers. Much love to you - Tab

In ones lifetime it is very rare that someone comes along that can affect you in such a positive way as you have me. In times like these there are not enough words to express ones true meaning...the only two I can think of is, Love You. You became more to me after my dad left me years ago and I salute you every day. From one old veteran to another. Luv Ya , Pop

Dear Maudry and Cecile,
We are saddened to hear about the loss of Mr. Bridgers. We enjoyed getting to know him while visiting in the bleachers at baseball games. He was such a friendly man and definitely a proud grandfather. May your faith and cherished memories strengthen you all.

Robert, Barbara, Mary, Cecile, Ruthie, and Buster -

Oh, what memories flooded my soul thinking of Uncle Bob, Aunt Jean, and all of you guys... Your family was a gift to me as a little girl making visits to Beaumont - thank you!!

If I could describe Uncle Bob in one word it would be "kind-hearted"... It makes me smile just thinking of him :)

Know I am praying for you as you gather together to honor your dad's life... May there be many smiles amidst the sorrow...

Love,

Pam (Leonard) Matthews

To all my Bridgers cousins: I'm so saddened to hear of your great loss! I loved Uncle Bob! I remember him as a very kind & strong man. I LOVED so much going to your home in the summer & having the BEST of times playing with all of you & eating Aunt Jean's yummy spaghetti. Your family is one of my favorites ever!!! I love you all & the memories we shared. May you grieve with hope knowing one day you will see him again...even as you miss your daddy so much now.
